Agreement

By engaging Planvo, you agree to these terms and to the scope, schedule, and fees in the project proposal or statement of work. Together, the proposal and these terms form our agreement.

The proposal defines the services, decisions, and outcome for your project. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls that project detail.

Services & collaboration

We’ll bring the experience and judgment needed to do the work. You’ll provide timely feedback, accurate information, and access to the people and materials we need. Missing inputs may delay the schedule.

We’ll keep you informed about progress, risks, and decisions. You’re responsible for reviewing the work and approving it before we move forward. We’ll act reasonably and in good faith.

We may bring in trusted collaborators, but Planvo remains responsible for coordinating the agreed work.

Fees & payment

The proposal lists the project fee, payment milestones, and reimbursable expenses. Invoices are due within 14 days unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may pause work on overdue invoices and adjust the schedule.

Any initial payment reserves time in our schedule and is applied as described in the proposal. We’ll discuss work outside the agreed scope before starting it.

Raise payment questions promptly so we can resolve them. Pausing the work does not cancel invoices already issued or costs already approved.Third-party subscriptions, production costs, and specialist services are not included unless the proposal says otherwise. We’ll get approval before adding those costs.

Ownership & portfolio

Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for your project. Planvo retains its methods, unused concepts, and pre-existing tools. You allow us to show the completed work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.

You’re responsible for the content, trademarks, and materials you provide. You confirm that we can use them for the project.Third-party fonts, software, imagery, and other licensed materials remain subject to their original licence terms. We’ll flag permissions or renewals that need your attention.

Changes & ending

Projects can change. We’ll confirm any material change to scope, timing, or budget before proceeding. Either party may end the engagement in writing; you’ll pay for completed work and approved expenses through the end date.

We’ll record approved changes in writing, including any revised estimate or delivery date. Minor clarifications can stay within the existing scope.
