/Overview
A visual language for a cultural programme built around motion, memory, and the afterglow of shared experiences.
/About the project
Afterimage gives Lumen Arts a visual language for a cultural programme built on motion, memory, and shared experience. The identity is expressive without being fixed, allowing each event to carry its own atmosphere within a recognisable whole.
Layered imagery, responsive type, and moments of movement create the feeling of an afterglow. Together, these elements help the programme move naturally across posters, screens, and spaces while keeping the human experience at the centre.
The identity extends beyond a single campaign into a flexible set of behaviours for Lumen Arts. Shifting compositions and adaptable visual cues let the programme respond to different artists, venues, and audiences without losing its emotional charge.
What remains consistent is the sense of movement and connection. Every application is intended to feel like part of the same ongoing moment, carrying the energy of the programme from the first announcement through the experience itself.
